establishment of our own fully-equipped Data Center satisfying all security
norms, we can adjust to all requirements of our Clients.

Center’s features:
- Fast and doubled Internet connections (from 2 operators) and network hardware of highest quality (Cisco 36xx,72xx, Catalyst 29xxXL, 50xx).
- Continuous power supply, we own our own switch-board with a network switch, independent cable routes, high quality UPS system and a power generating unit.
- Optimal parameters of server operation, supported by two independent systems of air-conditioning, guaranteeing optimal temperature (22-26°C) and humidity (45-55%).
- Professional support provided by highly qualified team of administrators (MCSA, CCAI, CCNA, UNIX/LINUX, Krone PremisNET).
- Security - round-the-clock room security, monitoring by camera surveillance, full control of physical person access
We guarantee:
- Failure-free operation keeping the SLA guaranteeing accessibility to the Client’s systems/applications on the level of 99%
- Monitoring of selected services running on the server (PING, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, POP3, DNS, MYSQL, PGSQL), SMS failure notifications
- Backup of data (server, tape and optical systems)
- A dedicated firewall
- ReversePROXY
For Clients wishing to install their own servers in our Data Center, we offer:
- Collocation of a physical server (rack 19” for 4U or a free-standing system, max 1700W)
- Internet connection, interface: Ethernet
- A pool of public IP addresses
- 1 hour of physical access to the server a week, mon-fri between 9.00 AM and 6.00 PM
- Connection statistics.
Additionally, MakoLab offers outsourcing services consisting of complete elaboration of systems/applications/websites for the Client. We also provide maintenance of work on created systems, modifying them according to the Client’s needs and maintaining them in our Data Center.
