Sybilla Anna Graczyk
President

Mrs. Sybilla Anna Graczyk was born in 1972. She earned her Masters of Law degree from the University of Łódż. From 1997 to 2001 she worked as an associate lawyer at the Bar Association of Lodz, also worked as an associate lawyer at the Competition Law Offices of Mark Tadeusiak. From March 2001, she is practicing law in an independent law office. From October 2003 she leads discussion and instructs seminars at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz.

Mrs. Sybilla Anna Graczyk is an independent member of MakoLab S.A. Supervisory Board.


Sławomir Jarecki
Vice-president

Mr. Sławomir Jarecki was born in 1973. He graduated from the faculty of economics, specialization economy of industry of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź. He also completed postgraduate studies in accountancy and management of finances led by this faculty.

Between 1998 and 2000 he was a specialist responsible for economics in SUWARY S.A., while from 2000 to 2004 he worked as a vice-chancellor responsible for financial matters in the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź. During the period, he was a member of the Management Board of Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego Sp. z o.o. in Radom. Between 2004 and 2005 he was the main economist in Zespół Elektrociepłowni w Łodzi S.A, while from 2005-2007, he was a member of the board of Armada Capital Sp. z o.o. Since November 2007 he has been financial director of Centrum Nauki i Biznesu ŻAK Sp. z o.o. in Łódź.

Mr. Sławomir Jarecki is an independent member of MakoLab S.A. Supervisory Board.


Jacek Michalak
Member of the Supervisory Board

Jacek Michalak was born in 1962. He earned his Ph.D in chemical sciences and graduate from the Faculty of Chemistry from the Technical University of Łódż. In between 1984 to 1995, he was an instructor at the Technical University of Lodz. In 1991 earned a stipendium from the Swiss National Science Foundation and the Principality of Liechtenstein to study on exchange to the Institute of Physical Chemistry at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland. In 1993-1994 he also studied on exchange to Ohio State University at Columbus at the Department of Chemistry.

In 1996 to 2007 he was the director of research and development at the factory of adhesives and building materials Atlas. From 2003 he took on the role of chairman of the board at Atlas Sztuki Sp z o.o. From July to September 2007 he was a member of the board at Atlas Sp z o.o. From October 2007, he is vice-president of the board of development at Atlas Sp. z o.o. As vice-president he is responsible for research, quality control, purchasing, integrated management systems and administration. He is a member of the Technological Committee #184 focusing on Standardizing Polish Adhesives. He is also listed as an expert at the European Committee for Standardization (CEN/TC 67). From July 2008 he is a member of the Building Research Institute of Warsaw and from September 2008 he is a member of the scientific council at the Building Research Institute of Warsaw. He is the author/co-author of 29 scientific publications in international journals. 25 scientific papers presented at conferences in Poland and abroad and co-author of a university textbook. He has also written many popular science articles. He is a monthly columnist for the magazine Art & Business.

Tomasz Sękalski
Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Tomasz Sękalski was born in 1973. He earned his Masters of Law degreeat the University of Łódź. From 1998 he has been working for Polkomtel SA. In between 2004-2007 he was Deputy Director in Mass Market Department. From 2007 to 2008 as New Sales Distribution Chanel Director he was responsible for Sales generated by prepaid cards, telemarketing and electronic channel. From 2008 he is a Director of Agency Sales Channel and holds the Member of the Board position in Liberty Poland S.A. – a distribution company where he is responsible for Marketing and Sales Development. Liberty Poland S.A. business profile is not competitive to MakoLab S.A.

Mr. Tomasz Sękalski is an independent member of MakoLab S.A. Supervisory Board.


Jerzy Marek Rudziński
Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Jerzy Rudziński was born in 1958. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of the University of Wrocław, where he obtained the tile of Master of Science in chemistry. He is also a graduate of PhD studies of the Hokkaido University in Sapporo, Japan, where he obtained the title of PhD in chemical sciences.
From September 1982 to January 1985 he worked in the Institute of Chemistry of the University of Wrocław as an assistant. Between October 1990 and May 1998 he worked in Fujitsu Kyushu System Engineering (Fujitsu Group) as a consultant in computational chemistry and project manager. Since May 1998, he has been president of FQS Poland Sp. z o.o. belonging to the Fujitsu Group.
