- CAChe is a bundle of software for computer chemistry, designed for experimental chemists conducting research in the fields of biochemistry and bioinformatics, material engineering and chemistry, as well as for students of universities and schools. CAChe allows the user to visualize particles in three dimensions, conduct conformational analysis, analysis of reactivity and foresight of properties of compounds using a user-friendly interface awarded numerous times.
- MOPAC 2002 is a computing bundle using semi-empirical methods for analysis of structure and reaction in solid bodies, solutions and gas phase. Quantum methods are used for calculation of structure and properties such as: molecular orbitals, vibrational analysis, thermo dynamical properties, isotope effects, radicals, ions, proteins and polymers. MOPAC is also used to generate descriptors in the QSAR method, used to foresee various biological and chemical properties.
- Material Explorer is a bundle of software for molecular dynamics working in the Windows environment. Intuitive graphical interface facilitates building of molecular structures, conducting calculations and analyzing results. Materials Explorer may be applied in research of structures containing metals and inorganic compounds, like crystals and semi-conductors. Organic particles and biomolecules can also be studied. Materials Explorer has a library of potentials for parameterization for wide range of interatomic interactions.
- LocalSCF is a new, linearly scaling method of quantum mechanics based on semi-empirical methods. The name of the application comes from the method designed for quick calculations of electron structure for huge and complicated proteins.
