e-Schola
e-Schola is a modern complex system for
managing the course of studies, didactic process and personal data of students
of a university.
The system can be accessible in a local university
network or via the Internet. The system is secure from interference of
unauthorized persons.
E-schola consists of three essential panels:
University, Student, Lecturer. Due to the requirements of management of all
administrative and didactic processes, the most complex panel is University.
The modules composing the University panel:
- Deanery manages all types of data and documents related to a student and his learning at the university
- Didactics manages, among other things, study programs, creates weekly classes plan and assigns their location, creates groups of students and executes analyses of room use and lecturers’ workload.
- Accountancy – allows for proper book keeping (multiple posts) and generation of complete documentation related to processes of cash flow and all types of financial operations. This module may also collect and keep documents issued by the e-Schola system
- University office – gathers data related to didactic employees and has tools for mail merge.
- Pensum – the module calculates monthly salaries for didactic employees and allows for calculating burdens for particular lecturers and courses
- Statistics – the module providing analysis of data gathered in the system according to various criteria
The Student panel is an informative section of the system designed for students. It contains personal data and detailed information about class schedules, state of passes, payments, scholarships and other information essential for a student.
The Lecturer panel allows for creating and editing a professional profile of lecturers. It also provides a set of statistics based on the created profiles
